Physical customer intelligence
Where offline
signals become
decisions.
Anha recognizes opted-in members at your door without cameras, and sends real-time Store Visit signals to any system, with native Salesforce support.
The problem
Your customer profile is complete online. In the aisle, it goes quiet.
Preferences, loyalty tier, purchase history, and open cases already live in your systems. But when a customer walks in, that context rarely reaches the team in-store—leaving opportunities to engage, sell, and follow up invisible in the moment.
- Your best members get a generic experience
- Your team misses the moment to sell
- Your campaigns can't see who actually visited
- Your online and in-store data stay disconnected
How it works
From the door to your CRM in four simple steps.
See how a customer visit becomes a real-time signal from the moment they arrive, to the moment your team can act on it inside your systems.
Your member carries a credential they chose
An smart card, tag, or VIP lanyard from your loyalty program. Enrollment is explicit, so recognition never happens to someone who did not agree to it.
- Works with cards, tags, or wearables
- No app download for your member
- Start with a 50–100 member VIP cohort
One portal reads entry and exit
Four UHF antennas on a single door detect direction, so you know who came in and who left, fast enough for your busiest hour.
- Hundreds of reads per second
- Direction from signal sequence, not guesswork
- Designed for one busy door first
Noise never reaches your cloud
The edge gateway filters duplicate reads, staff tags, and people lingering near the entrance. Only clean events travel onward.
- Staff credentials filtered out
- Duplicate reads collapsed into one visit
- Keeps working through brief connection drops
A Store Visit lands in your org
Your CRM stays the system of record. The Visit lands as a native record—ready for automation, journeys, reports, and agents—without a separate customer database to govern.
- Native record, your sharing rules apply
- Flow templates included
- No sidecar CDP to maintain

Built for modern revenue teams
A store visit isn’t one team’s signal, it’s the gap every revenue role feels. Anha writes one opted-in presence event into Salesforce so Marketing, the floor, Service, and IT can act while the member is still present.

Companies that act on offline visits keep more customers.
You already invest in loyalty, marketing, and service online. Without a signal from offline, that spend can’t reach the visit that matters. If you don’t, your competitors will. Market data shows the cost of staying disconnected.
Companies with strong omnichannel engagement retain about 89% of customers. Weaker strategies retain about 33%. Shoppers who buy both online and in store are worth 30% more over their lifetime.
73%
Of retail shoppers are already omnichannel
Only 7% shop fully online and 20% only in store. Most journeys mix channels before a purchase.
Harvard Business Review
80%
More in-store visits from omnichannel strategies
Google data: connected journeys drive more store traffic, and those visitors spend about 4% more per visit than single-channel customers.
Google
83%
Research online before a store visit
While in store, 72% also use a phone to compare prices or read reviews before they buy.

Anha closes that gap without cameras: an opted-in offline visit becomes a signal your business systems can act on while the member is still present.
What you measure in 90 days
Proof from in-store.
A first visit should leave you with evidence not another slide deck.
Your data model
A credential maps to your Contact. A Visit relates to your store.
Nothing exotic for your admin to learn. Anha ships objects and relationships that behave like the rest of your org.
Four events available to every cloud
- Reportable with your standard report types
- Available to Flow and record-triggered automation
- Streams into Data Cloud as engagement data
Security and privacy
Your members opt in. Privacy by design.
Members choose to participate through a credential they carry. Anha turns that credential into a visit signal without facial recognition or camera-based tracking. The resulting data remains governed by your existing roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Explicit consent: members enroll a card, tag, or lanyard on purpose
- No cameras or biometrics: no facial recognition, no shelf vision, no item tracking
- Your sharing model: Visit records inherit your profiles, roles, and sharing rules
- Clean at the edge: staff tags and noise are dropped before anything is stored
- Your retention rules: retention and residency follow the policies you already run

Frequently
Asked
Questions
Do you only support Salesforce?
No. Salesforce is our first-class ecosystem, where the managed package, Data Cloud stream, and cloud activations are deepest, not a single point of dependency. Visit events also publish through open APIs to a second CRM, warehouse, or internal service, and POS, ERP, or CDP connections are scoped when you need them.
Do you use cameras or facial recognition?
No. Anha reads opted-in RFID credentials only. There is no facial recognition, no shelf vision, and no item-level tracking.
How accurate is it on a busy door?
Direction comes from the sequence of antenna reads, and the edge filters staff tags, duplicates, and people lingering near the entrance. Accuracy on your specific door is part of what a 90-day pilot measures.
Why not just recognize customers when they pay at the cashier?
A receipt only tells you who bought something. It misses who is in the store now, who left without buying, and every moment before the till: greeter help, VIP recognition, open-case recovery. Anha writes the visit at the door so Salesforce can act while the member is still on the floor. Matching a visit to a POS receipt is optional afterward, not the only signal.
What about guests or shoppers who are not in the loyalty program?
Anha only recognizes members who opted in and carry a credential. Everyone else walks through as usual: no cameras, no silent tracking. Start with a VIP or loyalty cohort, then grow enrollment as the pilot proves value.
Do we have to replace our POS or CRM?
No. Anha writes a Store Visit into the Salesforce org you already run. Matching a visit to a receipt is optional and handled through your POS order API.
Who owns the visit data?
You do. Store Visit records live in your Salesforce org under your sharing model, retention rules, and admin controls. Anha does not become a separate customer database.
Can we start with one store and expand later?
Yes, and we recommend it. One door proves the signal. Additional stores reuse the same Visit model, so store two does not need a new product.
Do we need Agentforce to start?
No. The Visit record lands without it. If Agentforce is already in your org, it becomes the fastest way to put a next-best action in front of your associate.
How long does a first install take?
Most teams start in your org, then go live on one door inside a 90-day pilot: install and map credentials, turn on one journey and one floor alert, then review accuracy and adoption before the second location.
Does the member need to install an app?
No. Recognition uses a card, tag, or VIP lanyard they already opted into from your loyalty program. There is nothing new to download at the door.
Is Anha available on AppExchange?
Not yet. Anha is in soft launch with enterprise Salesforce teams. Request a demo and we will tell you as soon as the listing is live.
Why RFID instead of Wi‑Fi or beacons?
UHF RFID is built for busy doorways: it reads hundreds of credentials per second at a distance, and your members already carry cards or lanyards from your loyalty program.
